Refunds

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges (minus shipping) within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email support@travelingmiss.com to request which products you would like to return. Please provide your order number.
  2. After email receipt, you will receive an address to return your items to
  3. Send all items you would like to return to return address provided

 

Replacements for Defective/Damaged Goods

If you received a defective or damaged product upon arrival, we offer free replacements within 7 days of delivery date. To request a replacement, please follow the outlined steps:

  1. Email support@travelingmiss.com with your order number and a minimum of 2 photos clearly showing the product damage. Please provide your order number.
  2. After email receipt, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address
  3. After confirmation, a replacement product will be shipped to your address provided.
