Refunds
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges (minus shipping) within 60 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email support@travelingmiss.com to request which products you would like to return. Please provide your order number.
- After email receipt, you will receive an address to return your items to
- Send all items you would like to return to return address provided
Replacements for Defective/Damaged Goods
If you received a defective or damaged product upon arrival, we offer free replacements within 7 days of delivery date. To request a replacement, please follow the outlined steps:
- Email support@travelingmiss.com with your order number and a minimum of 2 photos clearly showing the product damage. Please provide your order number.
- After email receipt, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address
- After confirmation, a replacement product will be shipped to your address provided.
